Overall good, but some hiccups. I placed my order mid January. I received the shipping notification.. Nothing after. There was no change in the tracking. I reached out via Etsy and did not receive a reply, then reached out via FB and I was directed to email. Explained the situation, was told another package would be sent (with freebies!) and all was well. I didn't hear anything more, no additional shipping notification. I was going out of town so I reached out to see if I'd need to have someone watching my mail.. Heard nothing. I last reached out Feb 20th, never heard back. :') But! Upon returning home, two months after placing the order.. The initial tracking updated lol, and my purchase arrived. The pickles are good! Judging by other reviews here, my situation was a fluke. Would order again. The ghost pepper is so good.
